**We are mastiff lovers but accept dogs of all colors/shapes/sizes. 😃 ** Beautiful, fully fenced, 1 acre open area that includes a small patch of woods. This spot is perfect for enjoying some private play time and relaxation with your dog. Part of the yard is enclosed by 6 foot privacy fence and the rest is 4 foot split rail with wire backing. **SMALL/TOY BREEDS are welcomed but will need to be WATCHED CLOSELY.** The small patch of woods provides a great place for your dog to explore and sniff away. The yard is large enough to provide an open sunny area and a more private area shaded by tall trees. There are several security cameras on site. For nighttime visits, the first half of the yard is lit, but the very back of the backyard does not currently have lighting.

While there are no gaps within the fencing itself, it is a large perimeter and there may be some areas with opportunities for tiny/toy breed dogs to fit through. It’s a large area and there’s no telling what gaps under the fence Mother Nature or other wild animals may have created. We address them as we become aware of them but it’s a big perimeter to monitor.

Warning: While outdoors, you might encounter bugs. Please use the bug spray provided or feel free to bring your own. When booking, please note that: You will be required to send in proof of up to date vaccination and heartworm prevention. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking. **You are responsible for ensuring all humans in your party are aware of all spot rules.** 1. Park in our driveway in front of double gate; do not park in neighbors driveway or block their access; do park on the street in front of our neighbors homes 2. No alcohol consumption or smoking of any kind on premises 3. If your pup is not feeling well and is with an illness that can be passed on to other dogs (e.g., diarrhea, UTI, etc.), please do not bring them until this illness has been resolved and they are no longer showing symptoms 4. Please pick up after yourselves and leave the yard as you would want it left for you and your family 5. For the health and safety of all pups, please be prepared to provide proof of vaccination. You will receive an email address to send vaccination records upon booking. 6. Please honor your booking start/end times. Do not enter spot more than 5 min before your start time and please exit no later than 10 minutes after your booking has ended. 7. If you would like to bring more than the max number of dogs allowed, please reach out to me to coordinate 8. No more than 1 vehicle and 2 human adults per dog. If you have a need to bring more than 2 humans or any minors (under the age of 18) please reach out and coordinate with me. 9. Please keep all balls/toys inside the fenced area and out of the neighbors yard 10. If you would like to book more than 30 days out, please message me

Let your pups run and play in our fully fenced in backyard. Sit back and relax while your dogs burn some energy. Kids are also welcomed! We have a little jungle gym, trampoline and zip line!!! There will be a gate blocking off the top of our deck. Our dogs will be locked inside but you may still hear them. Chickens will be seen and heard but they are locked in their run. Our house is not always GPS’s friend. If you get lost, please put in 260 W Pasadena Rd. This will take you to the top of our shared driveway. Follow the tall fence on the right alllllll the way back. Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! (The light blue house) Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have two doggos but won't be outside during your booked time, I sometimes will have an extra pup in the house as I also offer dog boarding through Rover, but again they won't be out while you visit. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included.
