Fully Fenced Half Acre in Garner!

Fully fence half acre lot in north Garner. A swing is suitable for people to sit on, or you're welcome to sit on the porch. A hose for water is always available, as well as a dog bowl, and a large 86" diameter, 1ft deep dog pool can be set up and filled with enough notice, as it takes quite a while to fill. We are on well water, so the water from the hose is safe and tasty for dogs and humans to drink! There's two humans, four dogs, and a cat on-site, though we generally will not meet guests unless you would like to. Poop bags and trash cans provided, as well as rubber Chuck-It balls and a ball throwing stick, a durable soft frisbee, a large herding ball, and a flirt pole! There is also a green sprinkler that can easily be attached to the hose; if requested I can set it up for you beforehand or you're welcome to attach it yourself!

Please add the appropriate "extra" to your booking if dogs will go into the pool. An adult is permitted to enter the pool if needed to supervise a dog that is learning to swim. Please note that we do not operate this primarily as a pool rental site, and this is not a location to bring children to swim. We installed this fence for our reactive dog, and unexpectedly said goodbye to him last year. It's now the perfect place for you and your pup! There isn't much to it, which makes it a great spot for dogs. There are places to sniff and explore, and very quiet neighbors. You can park in the cul-de-sac and make your way to the back. Easy, large, private, and pretty hard to destroy.
