There is a small cattle farm to one side, and is otherwise landlocked, aside from the 400 foot entrance. The trails are not professional, and the location offers a wilderness of fun. Stay on the trail, or don't. Let your dog go where it's nose leads! There is partial fencing on two sides. Your dog will have exclusive access to the yard. A neighboring dog may occasionally be outside on leash with their owner, but there is no direct interaction and visibility is minimal. Warm-weather perk: During warmer months, a baby pool can be set out upon request for dogs who enjoy splashing and cooling off.
