HOST NOTE

This is a large rural property with natural terrain and several potential hazards. Guests should use caution around uneven ground, tree roots, rocks, mud, fallen branches, and wooded areas. The property contains steep slopes, vernal pools that may hold water seasonally, and a large rock wall. One trail leads to a high rock face with significant drop-offs. Portions of the property are unfenced, and guests are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times. A family of domestic ducks lives on the property and is often found near the house and barn. Dogs with a strong prey drive may need to be leashed or closely monitored in these areas. Wildlife such as deer, turkeys, and other native animals may also occasionally be present on the property.

Be aware that it is a new and developing yard, so as of now the ground is predominantly wood chips and there are stumps, trees, and other obstacles. Please be advised that Cooperative Dogs is not liable for injury to you or your dog. The fence is 5’ high welded wire construction with a chicken wire skirt, which is secure for most dogs but we cannot guarantee that your dog will not figure out a way to escape.
