The property has a pine forest, many pine stands in fields, a marsh, a pond and a few small streams. About 20 acres is mostly cleared fields. The snowmobile trails go through the property so there are actually many trails to access as well. Be aware that it is a new and developing yard, so as of now the ground is predominantly wood chips and there are stumps, trees, and other obstacles. Please be advised that Cooperative Dogs is not liable for injury to you or your dog. The fence is 5’ high welded wire construction with a chicken wire skirt, which is secure for most dogs but we cannot guarantee that your dog will not figure out a way to escape.
