55Was thankful to have a place to play with all the rain…new fencing in some spots, and there were a couple very small disconnects between the ground, but it had no impact on the yard, and unless you have a really really small dog it wouldn’t be an issue!

45Great space for the dogs to run. There is one side of the fence that has fallen over/is leaning over. We had one of the members of our party stand there so our dogs could not go through it, so it was not an issue for us, but it could be for someone. Overall, good experience.

55The area is nice and quiet, plenty of street parking, easy to find, and the owner was quick to respond. There are a few spots in the fence and patio that smaller dogs could get through. Five stars from me and Otis (90lbs and tall) because we mostly needed the 6ft fence and room to run. And he loved the trampoline lol. Thank you!

25I'm giving 2 stars because the yard is a good size and the host provided good communication, including warning me about a fallen tree. Those are the only positives. This is not a well-maintained property. The gate to the back yard is heavy and difficult to open even when you follow the directions. The grass is quite high, the deck is dilapidated and has large holes in the foundation big enough for my 2 pitties to enter. Of the 6-8 chairs on the deck, only one was usable. The others are rotted and broken. The water bowls were empty and filthy. I cleaned one as best as I could with my hand and filled it with water from the hose. There were no toys or kiddie pool.
