55Our dog is new to off leash adventures and has a high prey drive, so the shorter chain link fence made us a little nervous (she could have jumped it if she wanted). There were no animals on the other side of the chain link fence so it ended up being fine. There are chickens and a dog on the other side of a taller wooden fence that she was interested in, but couldn’t get to. There was fresh water and seating area at the top of the yard. Overall we had a great time.
25Overall, my dog had a fine time. However some of the amenities listed were unavailable or not obvious to find. The water station was clearly not fresh water, it was pink and had leaves in it. I did not let my dog drink that. The listing mentions treats, dog poop bags, poop scoop none of which were available/obvious. The parking was a bit unclear & challenging. The smaller fence I don’t believe it 4 feet tall. I’m 5’2” and the fence barely came up to my waist, I would guess it is closer to 3 feet. I was constantly worried when my dog went over to that side of the yard.

My dog barked at the German Shepherd next door a couple of times, but I had him move away from the neighboring fence, which helped.

55Plenty of room for zoomies. Pup was exhausted quicker than I expected. Neighbors were out with their dogs when we arrived but they quickly went inside. It is the hills (smaller roads) so I ended up parking down the street due to my vehicle size.

“our 22 lb dog (parson terrier) will be inside the house and not visible to guests. ♥️🤗 Neighbors on one of the sides of the fenced property have two nice dogs but they are mostly not visible from our sniff spot. They are also out just for a limited time couple of times per day (behind a wooden fence).”

A lot of vegetation and places to sit down, meditate, read a book, study, or have a picnic. Your pup will love to run and play in our one-acre garden. Picking fruit or vegetable etc. is off the limit. Drinking water for animals is provided in various containers throughout the property. Please do not turn on or use any water equipment on our property - we had some serious problems in the past because of this. Please clean up after your dog’s “business” - smile. That’s a serious and mandatory request. Poop bags are available in the plastic box with the other dog gear, but please bring your own backup supply just in case and do not leave the poop bags behind. BROWN garbage can is in the front of the house by the street for your convenience. Thank you! Woof woof! 🌸 Note: in the rainy season we might not change the water for dogs because it’s senseless. Please arrive always with your own supply of water - rain or shine - and if it’s raining you might like to wear rain boots as well. Have fun!
