6 foot tall privacy fence, has big trees in fenced area, has concrete patio, access to water. Couple neighbors have dogs, can hear them bark at times, but can't see them. Have a rather large front and side yard that isn't fenced if wanted to use with dogs in a leash.

Upgrades and toys are continually added whenever funds allow. 💕 We offer this relaxing space for your dog to play off-leash in honor of our sweet German Shepherd, Hydee, who passed away in the summer of 2025. Our property is a NWF Certified Wildlife Habitat; and we hope your pup will enjoy sniffing around and encountering the squirrels, birds, rabbits, and butterflies as much as she did. 🐓 The only outdoor pets on our property are a few chickens inside a pen about 120 feet away from Hydee's Hangout, though you do walk within 30 feet of them when you enter the backyard. We ask that you please keep your dog on leash until you pass through the second gate into Hydee's Hangout. Please do not approach the chicken pen with your dogs.
