Sniffy Paradise & Optional Splash Pad: Shaded Yard Above Creek

Welcome to your dog’s next favorite getaway! Perched right above a creek and surrounded by mature trees, our fully fenced yard is a true sensory paradise. The Splash Pad: Upon request, we will set up our 80-inch splash pad prior to your arrival so your pup can splash, cool down, and play! (It fits great in the yard with plenty of room left to roam). A perfect way for your pet (and you or the kids) to beat the heat with your pup! Our play and roam area measures ~33’ x 45’ (around 1,500 sq. ft.). While any size pet is welcome to come enjoy the space, it is a cozy, intimate yard—perfect for small-to-medium dogs to run, or larger dogs who prefer sniffing (and splashing) over long-distance sprinting. About half of the yard is beautifully shaded by mature trees, offering the perfect mix of exploration and cool relaxation. The Ultimate "Sniff Safari" (Sensory Experience) Because of our unique location on the hill above the creek, our yard is a hotspot for fascinating wildlife trails. The air and grass are rich with authentic, high-value scents from local overnight visitors, including raccoons, skunks, possums, and even the occasional coyote or bobcat. Your dog's nose will be working overtime in this 1,500 sq. ft. sniffing haven! A Note on Nature: Because we are adjacent to a natural creek habitat, non poisonous snakes have been spotted a few times over the last 10+ years so please keep a mindful eye on your pup as you would in any natural setting. Hydration Station: Fresh water is provided for your pet. For the Humans The Shaded Deck: Relax on our beautiful, elevated deck (about 4 feet off the ground) surrounded by gorgeous flowers. Easy Access: The deck features custom, very short stairs originally designed for an elderly pet, making it incredibly easy for senior dogs or low-riding pups to join you above. Amenities Included: We provide a couple towels (perfect for after the splash pad!), poop bags, dog treats, and a WiFi code (but please still keep a close eye on your pet!). Important Safety & Environment Notes (Please Read) Fencing: The yard is fully enclosed by a sturdy iron gate with narrow puppy panel on the bottom third (see pics). Street Noise: The yard is about 30 feet from the street but you can hear and see normal street noise - cars, dog walkers, joggers, and cyclists passing by. If your dog is highly reactive to neighborhood movement or street sounds, please keep this in mind before booking. Our home has only one directly adjacent neighbor and they are currently without pets. A quick note for those with severe allergies: You will often find peanut shells in the yard or on the deck. If you or anyone in your party has a severe peanut allergy, please keep this in mind when booking!

Lower Greenville Backyard

My big backyard is fully fenced and has lots of space for your pup to run! Two rocking chairs under a shaded patio for your comfort. Squirrels are frequently spotted running along the fence and a basket of tennis balls is always available for additional entertainment.

This is a quiet area, plenty of parking off street. There are a couple of spots to sit and take a break, benches, chairs and a picnic table. Your Pups can play in 3 different splash pools. We have a few agility training pieces, as well as a couple of slides, a tether ball and an assortment of other toys for play. Tools, bags and trash can for poo pick up provided. There is a water play area and swing for small kids

Welcome to our beautiful, wooded backyard on the border of Colleyville! With so many trees, there is always shade at all times of the day. We have two different size kiddie pools that can be used. If you forget to bring a towel, we’ve got you covered. You are welcome to relax under the shade of the patio and watch your pets run around or enjoy a game of cornhole. Depending on the time of day, there are lots of birds, squirrels and rabbits. Most of the yard backs up to Cheek-Sparger and there no animals on either side of our yard.
