Description

The yard features tethers in the front and back yards for any escape prone animals. It also features an enclosed space that has 6 foot fences in case an owner needs to have the dog enclosed within a more secure space while they visit. It features pet friendly plants, minimal herbice use in grassy areas, an enclosed gardening space, shade, chairs, a hammock, and perennial flowers throughout the property. Some wildlife visits the area, including deer, rabbits, birds, and the occasional skunk. We have some domestic cats that cross the property to hunt, but they usually avoid the area when dogs are present in the yard. There are buckets for water, food and treats available. I also have a kiddie pool and sprinkler for water loving dogs.

I will add a cooler with drinks. It would be good to know in advance if you have any beverage requirements (I.e.- sugar free, sugar substitute, lactose free). Please note that the property is alcohol free and visitors who bring alcohol will be asked to leave or keep their beverages in a car off-site.

Add a feeding at this spot for an extra $2.50. Please note that food aggressive dogs must be leashed and others verbally warned for their protection during this time. Safety is our number 1 priority at this spot since there is a high chance of other dogs and children being present.

Dogs must not be aggressive in any way to use this spot aggressive animals will be banned from the property and the owner will be issued a fee for medical bills for any injured animals or guests accompanying dogs present. If you refuse to pay this fee, police will be involved to enforce it. My insurance will not pay for a dog bite if you recklessly come to my property knowing that other dogs will be present and yours hasn’t been socialized properly.

For tourists only. Fisherman and traveling nurses preferred. Not open to the public. $10 per hour - 2 hour per day minimum. $50 day rate in kennel - no maximum hours in kennel. You clean at pick up. Tools supplied with waste can. If staying out in yard, must be good with other dogs, cats and horses. If your dog is aggressive I will put in kennel. If kennel is full it gets the crate. Period. No exceptions. If I can't catch the dog...you will be charged $100. Period. No exceptions. Call for availability. I work from home. Dog safe fence for non escape artists. We do have a kennel if you prefer that or need after 6pm pickups and before 7am drop offs. $20 Venmo or paypal expected at drop off and pick up (if over the $20 minimum.) If you are a traveling nurse call for long term rates.
