The yard features tethers in the front and back yards for any escape prone animals. It also features an enclosed space that has 6 foot fences in case an owner needs to have the dog enclosed within a more secure space while they visit. It features pet friendly plants, minimal herbice use in grassy areas, an enclosed gardening space, shade, chairs, a hammock, and perennial flowers throughout the property. Some wildlife visits the area, including deer, rabbits, birds, and the occasional skunk. We have some domestic cats that cross the property to hunt, but they usually avoid the area when dogs are present in the yard. There are buckets for water, food and treats available. I also have a kiddie pool and sprinkler for water loving dogs.
