Enjoy the natural nature setting in the Big Brush Creek Cove. Think of it as renting out a state park for the day! Enjoy the sound of water the moment you park at the back boundary field or blue barrel curve and walk remainder of way in. The entire creek flows roughly October / November till first of July. 2026 has been rainy so we’ve only had a few day in July the lower end of creek was dry, so rare. Rain fills this creek fast so it may be dry in early July, August, September and early October but be full the next morning after a rain (use my address on weather channel app or inquire with me before your visit ) Walk along the driveway to view the creek and gorge the whole way in or enjoy mountain trails on the right side of the driveway. Marathon runners love training here! Heal with a Cold plunge in the creek vs going to a cryo therapy facility. ******please note: I only own the the center of the creek. Other land owners across from creek own to the center of the creek as well.****** if you see other land owners swimming at the back boundary, please choose another area to swim in till they leave*******. The mountain side and driveway itself it’s a safe place where you will not see other people and should only see wildlife. Make sure the pups get to swim and splash in the clean flowing creek. Take a break so you and your pup(s) can enjoy pure relaxation. *Inquire about camping overnight if you love it too much to leave. We hope you and your pup(s) will love it as much as we and our pups do. *Please note when you make a reservation it will be booked on central time zone. *Rules are simple which is to leave the land the way you find it. 🐶💕 * if you need to leave bags of waste on side of driveway (I completely understand lol) please let me know where you’ve left it. please note: Dogs get to be dogs in nature here so bagging isn’t necessary 💕. Bagged waste is also welcome in the provided garbage can. 🐶💕 *an upside down horse trough is provided for an extra seat and or table next to the fire pit which has wood stacked and ready for use. *The water can rise during floods coming into the back boundary field so accommodations have been adding a metal table and 4 metal chairs that shouldn’t wash away like the first one did 🙂 *please always check back for updates as the property continues to improve for pups and their parents 🐶💕 * ALWAYS close the gate behind you unless your told otherwise please 🐶💕

Leg-lifters and sniffers alike will be in absolute heaven with our massive collection of perfect "pee-pee trees" to investigate! For playtime, we keep the yard stocked with fresh tennis balls and cool water to keep your pup hydrated and happy. Adventurous hounds will also love climbing to the top of our garden that is the highest geographic point in Old Towne! It makes the perfect lookout hill for your dog to survey the neighborhood while you relax on our bench and table set. Rest & Hospitality (For the Humans): Whether you need a quiet retreat during a stressful home inspection or real estate showing, or you just finished hiking at nearby Rainbow Falls (we are located just one street over!), consider us your ultimate rest stop. Please walk around to the back of the house to let your dog into the fence. Once they are happily playing, we invite you to step over to our un-fenced side yard. Welcome to the mountain! The drive up is beautiful, there’s a little general store on the corner to grab some snacks and beverages before you get to the house. Ample parking available. The entire back is fenced, over 5 acres fully fenced with pond and pool (1/1/2025 OUR POOL IS DOWN FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE 😭) (dogs allowed to swim in the pond and as soon as the pool is back up, duh!). Hose, kiddie pool both available. We do have 3 very dog savvy horses but they can be put up if your dogs aren’t horse friendly! Our dogs will stay inside to allow yours to roam- they are all kept on monthly prevention for flea/tick and deworming and we expect that of you as well! Fear not, most of the time a 15+ ER vet tech would be on site and we have a pretty well stocked emergency kit! We run a dog and cat rescue so these funds will help rescue animals immensely! Please ask any questions!

I have a pretty completed fenced in yard, fur babies r not allowed in the pool I will set out a baby pool for them to splash. Owners must watched must watch dogs at all times and clean up after them. Bring doggy bags in case I’m out. I will set water bowl out and I have a water hose!

Very convenient to Highway 153 at the Bonny Oaks exit. It's a quiet neighborhood, with lots of mature trees for shade. Please park to the right hand side of the house which is where the gate is located by the motorhome. There are fenced dogs across the street, but none to the left, to the right, nor behind my house. My cat has freedom to roam via her pet door, so you might see Fluffy around. She will let you pick her up and enclose her into the back porch, if you want to. Just latch the screen door (if you don't want her to potentially interact with your dog) then open it back up again before you drive away. The hill is great for exercise! You're welcome to have a seat at the table, or start up a fire in the solo stove. An outdoor shower isn't ready for human use, but fine to bathe your dog in! Enjoy!
