Surrounded by Duke Forest and Triangle Land Conservancy forest on either side. Immediately adjacent to Brumley Forest south lot which contains over 600+ acres with trails for additional activities. Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids. Only 12 minutes from downtown Chapel Hill located on Morgan Creek with 40 acres to walk/play with your dogs. Fresh water for all, restroom facilities, ample off-road gravel parking... There will be no other human or animal encounters during your visit.

Fully fenced in and large enough for multiple dogs. There are chickens that are inside a secured pen.

Private, expansive farm setting with sizeable fenced play areas. Walking trails are available upon request before arrival.

Very convenient location right off of 15-501 and off of a main road. Nice shaded spots to sit and a large yard in the woods to run around. You're also welcome to use our wifi if needed, or our bathroom if we're at the house. We are very hospitable to people and to dogs!

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.
