55Excellent spot to walk and enjoy a wooded trail. If you hike trails in NC, this path is similar with some privacy for big energetic dogs. Path is 1/2 mile with fields mixed in. Be sure to prepare for ticks, they are out in force!
55This spit is fantastic!!!!
55This was our second visit and we loved it again! The place has a relaxing path through the forest, as well as several open spaces. Our Labradors enjoyed it tremendously, and we look forward to future visits! Thank you for your kind hospitality!!!
55This was a lovely spot. Directions were very clear and it was easy to find. The host let me know in advance of my visit that they hadn’t been able to mow the field and the grass was long, so we didn’t do any grass field zooming. (This is the time of year here where if you turn your back for two days your grass suddenly grows 3 feet, or at least that’s how it feels at my house!). There’s a nice trail through the wooded section. We also enjoyed seeing and hearing the donkey next door. It was quite a distance from the fence, so my dog got a chance to practice looking from a safe distance without reacting, which was a great and safe training opportunity!
55Amazing Sniffspot! Our Aussie had a blast. The host was kind and responsive, parking was easy and well described. Property was such a cool mix of open field and trail. We’ll be back!
55This place is wonderful!!! The forest is pretty dense and the stream is super fun for my dog. Willa had a BLAST and we will definitely return.
55Had a great time with our pup who loved running and exploring
55Very nice light trail! Beautiful sights of gorgeous horses and amazing donkeys! Dogs didn’t notice them however :) there’s enough trees to cover some view of them in case your pup is reactive. The fencing was perfect enough to keep them on our side of the Sniffspot. Host is very helpful and welcoming!
55Very nice spot. Open fields and beautiful woods with lots of birds and spring peepers. I would have preferred a bit more signage / marking but the dogs always seem to know where to go regardless. They loved it.
55This is our second visit to this wonderful Sniffspot. Our two Labrador retrievers loved running through the very large fields and such a great time!

The play area for dogs is about 4 acres fully fenced in. There is a barn you can use in case there is rain or if you need some shade. The area is very private. The only company you may have are the horses in the adjacent pasture! ***I’ve recently opened up after dark hours, but that is only for people interested in stargazing. The pasture IS NOT well lit at night.
