Over 1 acre of pasture and field area- fully fenced with 6-8ft view friendly fencing. Located in the quiet, serene country of Orange County. Surrounded by Duke Forest and Triangle Land Conservancy forest on either side. Immediately adjacent to Brumley Forest south lot which contains over 600+ acres with trails for additional activities. Outside faucet with clean, potable water available along with several kiddie pools, benches, and playground equipment for the two-legged kids. Fenced in backyard with a pool!

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.

Private, expansive farm setting with sizeable fenced play areas. Walking trails are available upon request before arrival.

Very convenient location right off of 15-501 and off of a main road. Nice shaded spots to sit and a large yard in the woods to run around. You're also welcome to use our wifi if needed, or our bathroom if we're at the house. We are very hospitable to people and to dogs!
