About the property: 4 acres are completely fenced with square goat fencing. Please keep this in mind if you have smaller dogs such as Chihuahuas. 1.5 acres of peaceful wooded area with groomed walking trails for exploring. Please be aware that, as with any natural wooded environment, there may be uneven ground, tree roots, sticks, fallen branches, rocks, insects, and other natural outdoor hazards. A ⅓-acre pond for dogs who love to splash and swim during the summer heat.
