Welcome to Cocoaland! It’s named after my pup, "Cocoa," who loves playing here. It’s the ultimate outdoor haven for you and your furry friend! Nestled in a spacious and secure backyard, my backyard offers everything your dog needs for a fun and invigorating day out. Our amenities include a dog bowl for hydration, poop bag and and toys. Relax on our comfortable bench while your dog enjoys ample running space, with balls and other toys provided to keep them entertained. We also offer poop bags for easy cleanup and bags to throw away waste. There is an onsite parking available as well. Extras, such as a kiddie pool, water hose, washing package, and V.I.D (Very Important Dog) package are also available for purchase. My backyard provides a safe and stimulating environment, ensuring a delightful experience for both pets and their owners. Come visit us and let your dog enjoy the ultimate outdoor adventure!

This V.I.D (Very Important Dog) Package comes with a full service! A pool, hose, towel(s), pre-filled kongs, treats and toys will be proceeded prior to your arrival for you and your dog's enjoyment! Please not that with this service, you *do not* have to pick up after your pup, as it will be take care for you!

Please pick up your poop out of respect for my backyard, as it’s a shared space for other guests. If you are using the hose, please make sure to turn it off after each use. And finally, after leaving each visit, please close the gate and secure the latch. Enjoy!

Rest assured, during your visit, my dogs will remain inside the house, and there will be no interaction with you or your pets. Toys, a pool and plenty of space is provided for your enjoyment! For your peace of mind, I ensure the backyard is meticulously maintained, free of waste, and treated monthly to keep insects at bay.
