Welcome to JJs Play Yard! Single home with a large fenced yard. It is a safe and private space to exercise and play with your fur babies! Perfect spot to enjoy sunshine and shade! On site, there's toys, water, treats, agility course, poop bags, and bowls. For humans, there's a table, umbrella for shade, regular chairs, gravity chairs, cornhole game, hand sanitizer, and trash can. *We do have cameras on our property for safety and to make sure everyone respects our space* If you would like to know more about our space or to get any updates, please follow us on Instagram @jjs.sniffspot Feel free to tag us if you share a post/story of your furbaby(s) staying with us! Please do not enter fenced areas in the Play Yard. Dogs: Please prevent digging and destruction of grass. Please make sure to clean up after yourselves (dog waste in the trash can). Also, please no smoking on the property. Thank you in advance!

Booking Policies
Booking Policies
Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    This is a perfect spot with a very secure gate, lots of treats and toys and smells for my buddy. The host put a lot of care into making the space fun and comfortable especially for a first timer. Thank Goodness for the poop bags. I forgot mine. Thank you!

    S.Spot is smaller than described (less than 0.25 acres) but very clean with fabulous attention to detail. Even hand-warmers! Highly recommend!

The yard extends from the house to the next street and is fully fenced. It is long enough that my throws don't reach the back fence, although occasionally a ball lands in neighboring yards if mis-aimed or bounced off trees. The yard also has a patio, deck platform, hammock, hammock chair, shed, chairs available, a fire pit, and several trees shading the property. Sticks are plentiful and I've provided a bin with several dog toys. A bowl of water is provided and a hose spigot is just outside of the gate if needed. Upon request I can provide a dog wading pool, sprinkler, and/or a portable agility kit. Regarding accessibility, a wheelchair would be fine onto the patio by the house, but it would be difficult to traverse the rest of the yard.
