We live on 57 acres with trails made throughout but will continue to make more in the spring. We want others and their dogs to be able to enjoy private trail walks as much as we do :) A lot of our trails were made in the winter so we are slowly working on clearing up more trails this spring so bear with us and the branches! We keep the trailed groomed almost daily in the winter to make walking easier. PARKING: please park in the round about and go around the left side of the house to the trail. Winter parking: Please park your vehicle on the corner of the paved driveway LEASHES: Please leash your dogs until you are on the trail and when returning to the parking lot if they don’t have reliable recall. DOG POOP: Please use a stick to flick your dog’s poop out of sight and off the trail or put in a doggy bag. There is a compost bin you are welcome to throw your compostable doggy bags in there. RESPECT NATURE: No smoking or littering. Please keep our Sniffspot beautiful and safe from potential fire. The entrance to the trail is at the back left of the property. There is a water bucket for the dogs at the left side of the house near the tap. You are welcome to refill if needed. I hope you enjoy! Winding trails lead through the forest, providing ample opportunities for adventure and exploration for both dogs and their owners, immersing them in an environment teeming with wildlife. Not just a haven for dogs, this Sniffspot is also home to a variety of livestock, including friendly goats, sheep, and horses that graze peacefully in designated areas. Our residents also enjoy the company of chickens, ducks, geese, and even a turkey, adding to the rustic charm of our Sniffspot. This unique blend of river, forest, trails, and diverse animal life makes our private Sniffspot an ideal sanctuary for those looking to escape the city and reconnect with nature alongside their canine companions.

Features include a fun obstacle course, a dedicated sand pit for digging, a mini pool for cooling off, and fresh water always available. There’s plenty of open space for zoomies, training, or simply relaxing under the sky. While they play, you can enjoy some old-fashioned fun too—we’ve got a tetherball set up just for the humans. Safe, private, and made for dogs who love to move!

Shady Trails Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Tiny

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD *Please look at the pictures of the main gate before deciding if this spot is secure enough for your dog* The Sniffspot area is located at the back of my property. Where there is a 6 foot tall fence so that dogs are secure even in the winter with a few feet of snow on the ground. I have been open for over a year now but I am still making improvements when I get the time between work and family obligations. Hope your four legged friends enjoy it as much as my dogs do. *SPRING UPDATE* (Mid March-April- early May) The entrance gate to the Sniffspot in the spring does get muddy and with the saturated soil does hold standing water at times. Please do not park in the standing water. Also the gate area in early spring does flood and you will need rubber boots to cross this portion to access the fenced area. Check local weather conditions the day before and the day of your reservation for rain. If it was dry for days then the water usually drains away. Parking is still on my driveway until the snow melts completely. *WINTER CHANGES* (November -April) (-No water available over winter months -Gap under gate for snow clearance -Used dog bags go in green bin beside shop -Parking on driveway once deep snow arrives, dirt road will be blocked with pylons)

John and Paula's 60 Acre Private Dog Park In New Lowell

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Hello and thanks for visiting our page. We are Paula and John. We own 95 acres of mostly forested land. About 65 acres is walkable and we have trails throughout. We are learning as we go, and hope to provide you and your dogs a fun day. If you have any question feel free to ask. And remember, we love dogs just as much as you do. There are a few important points we'd like you to consider. We like to meet our new guests for the first time. This gives us a chance to get to know you better and also put friendly faces to us, the hosts. We want you to feel welcome and know that we care about your dogs. We have several trails that split out to other trails. There will be signs to help you navigate through them, and some suggestions that will help you keep track of remaining time. In the colder months, running water will not be provided. We will also reserve the right to cancel the appointment if we get heavy snow squalls. Our plan is to keep the trails plowed, but in the event of a snow storm, it may take us a few days to get the trails plowed. In general, we will not be open past dusk, unless you specifically ask us and are aware of the risks of walking in the dark. I always walk my dogs on winter nights. Just carry some sort of flashlight. We currently have an electric gate that can only be opened by us at the gate, and not remotely. When a guest arrives, we will be there to open the gate for you, close it once you're in, and open it again upon your departure. Lastly a note about safety. Safety is important to us, but please note that you are entering nature. Our spot is home to many small animals, including porcupines. If your dogs are into porcupines, I would stay cautious of your pets entering the dense bush and recommend they stick to the trails instead. The probability of spotting a porcupine though is very low. Other animals will simply not bother human visitors and their dog companions. You may spot a deer or two if you're lucky that day. Deer are mostly friendly, but I would suggest keeping your distance if you spot a buck. However, they typically flee when they spot you. In all my years spotting buck, I've never seen one charge at anyone. Still, be safe. Although very rare, you many spot a coyote. Once again, they generally don't bother humans. If you spot one, keep your dogs close. Coyotes don't like confrontations with humans, so your dogs will be safe if by your side.
