Beyond the treeline there’s a small lake on one side and wooded wetlands on the other. The lake is beyond the spot/property line. * Wildlife: deer and wild turkey are seen daily; you may also spot herons, raccoons, possums, squirrels, and songbirds. * Insects & plants: ticks and poison ivy may be present — please use normal outdoor precautions. * Parking: park near the barn, or by the carport in snowy conditions. Driveway and parking are gravel/dirt. * Water: a hose is available except during freezing months. * Guests must clean up after their dogs and stay within the backyard/play area for safety and comfort. 🔒 Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are in use for property safety.

We have 2 bridges that cross the creek on our farm, 5 acres of open fields, and trails throughout the bush. Ground can get a bit rough in some spots so wear appropriate footwear. Lots of wildlife such as deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds galore. No fences but surrounded by thick brush and trees. Please keep pets away from the main shed and house for their own safety! We are located in the heart of Brights Grove so only registered Sniffspot guests are allowed to enjoy themselves here!

Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!
