We have 2 bridges that cross the creek on our farm, 5 acres of open fields, and trails throughout the bush. Ground can get a bit rough in some spots so wear appropriate footwear. Lots of wildlife such as deer, rabbits, squirrels, and birds galore. No fences but surrounded by thick brush and trees. Please keep pets away from the main shed and house for their own safety! We are located in the heart of Brights Grove so only registered Sniffspot guests are allowed to enjoy themselves here!

You’ll have the property completely to yourself during your visit. Our own pets are kept indoors, ensuring a quiet and private experience. The lake is beyond the spot/property line. * Wildlife: deer and wild turkey are seen daily; you may also spot herons, raccoons, possums, squirrels, and songbirds. * Insects & plants: ticks and poison ivy may be present — please use normal outdoor precautions. * Parking: park near the barn, or by the carport in snowy conditions. Driveway and parking are gravel/dirt. * Water: a hose is available except during freezing months. * Guests must clean up after their dogs and stay within the backyard/play area for safety and comfort. 🔒 Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are in use for property safety.
