Description

We have three acres of semi fenced field. The western fence is split rail. The fencing on the south, east, and north sides are wire fencing. It keeps the neighbors dogs out and keeps our Shepherds on our property. There are golf balls in the field as we practice golf out there and we can't always clean every one of them up. The neighbors dogs to the south will come to the fence and bark but they can not get through. There is a picnic table available to hang out at next to the chicken coop and parking area. There is a round table and chairs under the apple tree you are more than welcome to sit at. We have chickens on the property but they will stay fenced in while dogs are using the property.

Hazards

There are some goat heads my dog steps on occasionally. The main road along the split rail fence is 35 mph but people are constantly doing 50+ on our road! We have two businesses that are run out of our main garage. Occasionally trucks will come by the drop off and pick up stuff. They are usually in and out in a few minutes.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
