Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Fully fenced private oasis. Small pond for dogs to cool their paws (non potable water I am not guaranteeing water quality). Patio area for humans to relax. Shaded with lots of mature trees. Lots of room to run and play. Neighbor does have a dog who is occasionally outside. Park on driveway or street. Come in on either side of the house through the gate. There is a sink and bowl of water if you’d like to pour your dog a freshie. We use a dog poop composting service so you can reduce your “pawprint”

This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.
