Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Located in a quiet Arvada neighborhood with ample on-street parking right out front and shaded areas in the back. This yard is ideal for anyone that wants a true private dog park experience. There is space for you to sit around a table and play with your babies. We always leave a treat and a fresh bowl of water, and pickup dog bags so you can relax and enjoy, come and see us! 🐾

For humans, our large covered patio features comfortable shaded seating around a spacious table—perfect for relaxing while your dog plays. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or an energetic outing, the yard provides a clean, welcoming environment for both dogs and their people. Just sharing the love of providing an easy, quiet place for dogs in the Denver community. Great area to get work done while your dog explores. Convenient location. Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. Don't park in front April to November. 2nd Tues/month.

There are toys, water, a picnic table in the shade of trees and beautiful views of the front range mountains. There are hawks that fly around and there is an occasional coyote but it has been a while since I have seen or heard one. They are usually out at night.
