However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. As an added bonus… The property goes all the way back to the tree line and the hill… They didn’t have an amenity for a toboggan hill, but if you’re bringing kids or feel like a kid, that’s available of course. 😇😇

Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: Equipped with easy-access steps, with a deep end of approximately 5 feet and a shallow end of around 3 feet. It's recommended you carry them in or walk them in, but forcing them in could create a negative experience for them. Also, keep them away from the pool walls/sides to prevent scratching, clawing, and potential damage to the pool liner.
