35Field was overgrown making it difficult for dogs to explore. Gate hard to open to get into. Spot has potential just needs some work.
35It was a little hard to find as there is no identifying sign for a Sniff Spot on the premises. For my dog, who isn’t much of a rover, the lack of fence along the entryway before the metal gate isn’t a problem, but it would be for every other dog I dog sit for. They’d be through those gaps like a shot! Trig couldn’t wander far as he very short and the weeds are very tall. It truly is a work in progress! I’m looking forward to seeing it when it is closer to fruition!

55Nice open area. No fencing to the right of gate nearest road. Don't unleash until the second gate. Very convenient, lovely surroundings, dogs loved it.
55Our pup had a wonderful time here! I appreciated the notes about gates that may be open, all the information in the listing made the space easy to navigate. Great mix of sun and shade- be sure to bring water for your pup and some poop bags.
55Bring your own water/dishes/poo bags. Enjoy a large, fully fenced, undeveloped lot positioned off street with very few distractions. Great for reactive dogs. Bears/deer pass thru here regularly, and leave behind lots of interesting smells.

Large brown gate that opens toward the street. The right side opens for foot traffic. If you'd like to drive in, please remember to secure the doors once inside (with the rope) and bolt the west door down to the ground. This is a 'flag lot' - so at the end of the driveway, the SniffSpot lot is a large square field and is securely fenced. The driveway may also be used, but it is not completely fenced.

Description

This 1/2 acre open space is rough; not manicured, but better than it used to be! It is a work in progress. :o) Bringing and Removing POOP bags is ESSENTIAL. Once inside the heavy gate, you will find a long grassy driveway leading into a large undeveloped parcel. Please feel free to drive in and park at the north end of the driveway. The fence on the east side of the driveway may not be solid as wildlife pass through that way. If the neighbor's large wood gate open on the east side of the driveway, you may close it, but PLEASE open it on your way out. The large parcel is fully enclosed. There is also a 4' wide 'run' along the south and west sides. Please send a message with your reservation with a description number of your dog(s) -- and it would be helpful if you tell me how you are using the space. You do not need to pay extra for more than 1 dog. Just, please, be reasonable.
