55Oh it was just amazing 🤩 so much room for them to run around. No gaps in the fence and tall enough for a huge German shepherd. 55Lovely property! Our dog was so excited he wore himself out in the first 20 minutes! So much for dogs and humans to do and see. Our dog was particularly fascinated with the geese and chickens on the other side of the property. Thank you for all of the thought you put into this spot.
55This spot is awesome! There are so many activities for your dog, they’ll never get bored. We’ve booked this spot back to back with Kyle’s other spot on the property and our dog loves it.
55This is by far one of the best SniffSpots we’ve been to! There is lots for the dogs to do and plenty of space for them to run and fully stretch their legs. The spot also has lots of shade for them to rest and get out of the sun. The calf was incredibly cute and the dogs loved getting to watch it explore along the fence line. They have clearly given lots of thought to the space and had everything we could have needed. Kyle is also incredibly kind. We dropped one of our phones in the spot and he couldn’t have been more helpful! We would 100% recommend this spot!

Features include a fun obstacle course, a dedicated sand pit for digging, a mini pool for cooling off, and fresh water always available. There’s plenty of open space for zoomies, training, or simply relaxing under the sky. While they play, you can enjoy some old-fashioned fun too—we’ve got a tetherball set up just for the humans. Safe, private, and made for dogs who love to move!

There is ample parking and a turn around so you do not need to back out onto a busy road. There are trash bins for poop bags, a water faucet on the outside of the house and a green crock for a water bowl. I try to have a chair or two available as well. There is shade in the morning but it is full sun in the afternoon. It is also a very breezy location because we are so close to Georgian Bay. Pls be thoughtful when you leave a review. This is not some big money making business. We offer our property to support dog families who need a safe space for activity. When we get negative reviews because someone is “too hot” or “it rained” it makes us question what we are doing and why. It is a lot of work to maintain this space. We really do hope you enjoy.
