HOST NOTE

May be muddy after a rainstorm. Watch for gopher holes. Care has been taken to remove stinging nettle plants around fence perimeter, but be cautious. There are small gaps in the fencing perimeter, so may not be suitable for small dogs who like to escape. There is lawn care equipment onsite and may be wood piles, twigs, irrigation pipes, and chicken wire along fencing. There is a cactus succulent in the far south east corner that should be avoided. Please note: This space does have 3 small neighboring dogs secured behind their fence that are viewable and audible on one side. They do bark at visitors if they are in their yard. There are also chickens and quails viewable in the neighboring yard. If your dog likes to jump fences to hunt chickens or is very sensitive to barking dogs behind a fence, please be cautious.

Please pick up after your pups and dispose in the trash can provided to help keep our space clean for all visitors. Please no smoking on the property. No matches, lighters, candles, or fires. Please report (via chat) any hazards you find, so it may be promptly corrected. Please do not disturb house occupants. To help keep our SniffSpot a friendly environment and avoid complaints from neighbors, please no excessive yelling, loud music, or foul language. Please be advised that there are ring cameras on the property to help ensure security and booking accuracy. Guests are welcome in any weather. If you choose to cancel or reschedule, you may do so up to two hours before your booking time slot. "This field is huge! My dogs had an amazing time running around and exploring 😍 There is shade under the trees, and the part that wasn't fenced in wasn't an issue for us. If your dogs don't have solid recall, stick to the fenced side. The whole place is so big, you shouldn't have a problem getting a good amount of walking/running in, without coming too close to the un-fenced side. I walked around for about 2 miles, and I'm guessing my dogs probably did twice that 😆 The host was nice and allowed extra time, because I took a wrong turn coming there and was late to my booked time.
