The Santa Margarita River winds gently through the land, creating a peaceful, natural setting surrounded by lush greenery and the calming sounds of flowing water. Explore a magical, forested landscape with shaded trails, open areas to roam, and a charming pond that adds to the serene atmosphere. The lower portion of the property features a tucked-away entertainment space—perfect for relaxing while your dog enjoys the freedom to explore. With three residential structures spread across the estate, the property feels expansive and private, with plenty of room to wander. You’ll also be just down the road from Adobe Hill Winery, making this a great stop during a day out in Fallbrook. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape, a scenic adventure, or just a safe place for your dog to run free, this space offers stunning views, fresh air, and a one-of-a-kind “fairytale forest” vibe.

HOST NOTE

Wildlife ventures on and off of the property. We are home to a family of owls, a few hawks, a family of bobcats, snakes, and the occasional stray coyote. These animals are not often active during the day and are rarely seen. Some areas of the trails are unsteady.
