Description

Relaxing and quiet rustic country acre only one mile from town, mall, restaurants. Dry creek bed, small dry pond, lots of shade and seating and table area choices. Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 2 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two little goats to enjoy, huge flat lawn, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

Just let me know ahead if you would like me to meet you upon arrival, show you around, visit, etc. I'm happy to provide refreshments, picnic blankets, or most anything else you may need, even party supplies, just let me know. We have a Corgi and a Cattledog available for playmates.

Fully fenced (chain link, great condition), kiddie pool, waste station, dog toys, dog treats, shade trees, covered patio with chairs, no neighbor dogs on 3 sides of property, only one old very well mannered Great Pyrenees on one side, he is friendly and wont charge the fence etc. Please be aware of rattlesnakes (none seen on property but they are out with the heat in this area!)
