Do not leave trash or empty water bottles in the yard." ​Weather Closures / Lawn Care: "To protect the turf, bookings may be canceled or rescheduled in the event of heavy rain or excessively muddy yard conditions." ​No Digging: "To prevent injuries to other dogs and damage to the yard, digging is strictly prohibited. If your dog begins to dig, please stop them immediately." ​Supervision Required: "Dogs must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times. Dogs may not be left unattended in the yard under any circumstances." ​Liability Disclaimer: "Use of the yard is at your own risk. The host is not liable for any injuries, slips, trips, or falls sustained by humans or dogs while on the property." Limit Excessive Barking: "While we expect dogs to play and bark happily, continuous, excessive barking is not permitted out of respect for our close neighbors Double-Check the Gate Lock: "For the safety of our own pets and future guests, you must secure and latch (or lock) the gate behind you when you leave. Please double-check that it is fully clicked shut." No Unapproved Meetups or Parties: "Only the number of humans and dogs registered in your booking are allowed. No unapproved dog meetups, parties, or playdates with external guests are permitted." ​No Professional/Commercial Use: "Our yard is for private recreational use only. Professional dog training, commercial dog boarding/daycare drop-offs, or commercial photography/videography are not allowed without prior written consent." Appropriate Footwear: "The yard has natural, uneven terrain (and can get slippery when wet). Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes. We are not responsible for slips, trips, or ruined shoes!" Keep Off Decks, Porches, and Patios: "While the yard is open for play, the back deck/patio, outdoor furniture, and porch areas are strictly off-limits to both humans and dogs." ​Sheds and Outbuildings: "Please do not approach, touch, or attempt to open any garden sheds, greenhouses, or storage bins on the property." No Trampling or Foraging: "Please keep dogs out of the mulched garden beds, flower gardens, and vegetable patches. Do not allow your dog to chew on bushes, trees, or decorative plants." Do Not Move Furniture or Decor: "Please do not rearrange, move, or climb on our patio furniture, lawn ornaments, potted plants, or garden decor." ​Use Designated Toys/Equipment Only: "If we have provided dog toys or agility equipment, please use them gently. Please do not use or move any personal human items left in the yard (hoses, lawnmowers, tools, etc.)." Guest Responsibility for Repairs: "Guests are financially responsible for any physical damage caused to the property (including fences, gates, siding, landscaping, or furniture) by themselves or their dogs during their booking. ⚠️If your dog accidentally breaks or damages something (like a fence picket or a hose), please notify us immediately so we can get it sorted.
