We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

We are right on the lake! If you want your dogs to swim, they must recall bc it’s not fenced in. In the summer we have a water hose, sprinkler, and wading pool. There is also a trampoline for the kids! There’s a table with umbrella, trash cans, indoor restroom you can use, and sometimes close to dusk you can see deer! There’s a fire pit and a grill as well!💜

Just a small yard I thought would be nice in the Kendallville area, specially for all the apartment dogs or dogs that aren’t tolerant of other dogs. My yard is definitely not perfect and still a work in progress, as there’s an area with no grass and some small weak spots in the fence, and these issues are all currently being worked on. Your dog will be able to use all their senses and get out all their energy in the yard. Some of the features include a pool, a scent garden area, and a variety of new animal scents! You are more than welcome to use the fire pit as long as you provide your own wood. All plants in the yard are dog friendly herbs! I generally do not meet my guest, however I am more than happy to come meet you upon request! We have an absolutely beautiful property where your puppers can run, sniff, play, swim—even on a raft! We also have a woods with some trails and beautiful neighborhoods for walking your dogs in. If you guys are wanting to swim, we have a 40 foot raft that the family and dogs are welcome to use, as long as life jackets are worn—add $10 for the swim time Paddle boat?! Yup, we can take them for a ride in that too-$5 per 10 minute ride. If your dog would like a friend, our Husky would absolutely love the play time! If you have an adult near the swing set, your kiddos are welcome to use that, as well . We also even have an indoor pool, for an added cost, if you’re feeling like having some extra fun with the family. Dogs will not be permitted in the pool. We provide free water for the dogs and ice cold water for the human at $1 per bottle. We also have poop bags and a trash can for them. Also, if you are wanting to drop your dog off, our kiddos can hangout with them, for an added fee. Come and check us out! Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

I have 3 dogs myself, so there is lots of good sniffing in my yard for visitors. Fenced in yard with 2 dogs next door that love to run the fence for extra exercise.

Hi! We live in a super quiet neighborhood (other than noise from the Highway)! Neither neighbor has dogs on either side, and we rarely ever even hear barking in the neighborhood. It is definitely not the biggest or most manicured property around here but it’s especially great for reactive dogs (like ours)! I hope you can enjoy our backyard! Upon request, we can offer the wifi code, hammocks, human games, and more! Just ask! ** please note that with all of the rain recently & extra foot traffic, it’s quite muddy in our backyard. We do provide a towel, paw cleaners, shampoo spray and a brush, however if the mud will bother you- feel free to cancel. Thanks for understanding.

Maintained trail trough a partially fenced side lot. Friendly horses in the back near the path. Gorgeous views of neighboring farms. Path is located on a working homestead. Please be aware and respectful of all livestock. Everything to the west of the driveway and horse pasture to the stop sign on steinbach rd is free range. Please stay out of animal pens.
