Fully fenced back yard in an estate neighborhood (property lots are 1-2 acres each). Driveway parking. This is a dead-end street (we have a long driveway you can use). The fenced back yard is about 1/2 an acre or more of grass, concrete, rocks, fire pit, shade covering, and a small garden/orchard area (it's not for dogs, but we know it can be hard to keep them out of it - and that is OK! :) ). Gate entrance at the end of the driveway. Dog dish & hose water, doggy bags (these may be under the water dish), electrical outlet by the house back door, shade/sun protection with chairs, fire pit & chairs, swing on the tree, basketball hoop & balls in plastic toy shed, yard giant connect four, and kid toys in the toy shed. Garbage can is the big green one next to the garage. No restroom on site. No wi-fi. Enjoy your stay! This property owner currently does not have dogs anymore, but the yard is still dog friendly and we love that that SniffSpot allows this great yard to still bring joy to other dogs and their hoo-mans. There are no other pets in this yard. You may see or hear the neighbor's dog, who is occasionally outside. All backyard fencing is traditional 6' wood privacy fencing. First time guests, please enjoy $5 off with this code: 1stSniffAR Woo pig soooie!

There are chickens on the property, but they are enclosed in a coop. You can leave the gate open when you leave.

Come explore our little slice of heaven! This hidden 19-acre gem, just south of town, is a paradise for dogs and their humans alike. Wander along the ponds, adventure through the trees, or romp in the open fields—there’s plenty of space to run free! Please park in designated spots and keep your dog leashed until you're both safely inside the gate. If you want to avoid a muddy mess, steer clear of the cattails—but if your pup loves a mud bath, have at it! Most importantly, pick up after yourselves and enjoy your visit!
