Great space and very convenient location! There was a biker at one point, but there was enough space I wasn’t worried about my dog chasing him. Watch out for deer poop - my dog kept trying to eat it🤢 Will probably be a bit muddy if it’s rained in the past few days!!

Great location and such a large and open space for dog to run around! Will definitely be coming back. There are dogs across the street and up a hill - far away enough that my dog couldn’t see them. But she could hear them. She’s pretty reactive to other dogs, so it was just enough to distract her but the distance was more than enough to keep me comfortable. Just something to keep in mind if you also have a reactive dog.

Suzanne was very responsive and kind! The space is huge and has lots of sniffing spots! Our dogs got exhausted after 30 minutes. If your dog doesn’t have great recall, I’d keep them on leashes. We had a few issues with our dogs, so we just walked and ran around with them on leash to be safe!

I am really excited about this new gig. I was ready to bring my dog to check out how Kim's dog park. Unfortunately it wasn't quite ready for dogs yet. So I was refunded the fee. I'm very excited to bring my dog to run around as soon as her dog park is ready.

This location was in the perfect spot. Close to town but far enough out that there wasn’t much street traffic to be heard. The fencing was secure and the hosts left some great goodies. There were a couple dogs in the neighborhood barking but it didn’t even bother my reactive dog, so it was fine!

We had a great visit today. All the sniffs and grass eating their hearts desire. 🙂 I really appreciate having a place to go with my reactive dog. I don’t have to worry about stressful issues here.

This place is terrific! My daughter played with her two dogs for a long time. They have fresh clean water for the dogs, loads of fun toys the dogs loved and even have a poop scooper for you to pick it up and a nice can with a lid to put it. She was able to handle everything easily. Shaded and covered places to sit and the chimina is a cute little fire pit you can burn your throw away papers with personal things on them! No more shredding! Loved it.
We will definitely be back. The host was even reinforcing her fence as we were leaving. Nice strong metal fence. No complaints! Thanks! If I could give this a 10 I would have!

Awesome little spot! Honestly almost counts as fenced since the brush is so thick around the area. Lots of room to run and play, super convenient area, ground had some spiky little bushes but nothing hazardous.

The owner (Kim) met us on our first visit to her facility making sure we were aware of everything her Sniffspot had to offer. From our first contact with her we were greeted with friendly and helpful accommodations as she went out of her way to make sure our pup had a fantastic time. We will come back whenever we are in the area.

What other types of private dog parks are available?
Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 81% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Fayetteville area are 5 stars.
