55Beautiful and clean yard! Fully fenced with no gaps that I could find! My dogs loved it while blowing off some steam before their show!
55Our pup thanks you for a great time!
55Great spot for letting my dog run while visiting from out of town!
55Our second time coming back and it was great. Our dog loved running around and smelling everything. The backyard was clean and he even took out a bowl of water and had some tennis balls! She had a blast
55My pups absolutely loved the private dog park. We didn’t we would use up the full hour but our dogs had so much fun we were there for the entire time. Very private, clean, and spacious. Timothy was a very lovely host. He had tennis balls and water for the pups. Highly recommend.
55Clean and well maintained. My pup loved it. Will be back!
35Not the most interesting space for the dogs, and lots of things for naughty dogs to get into while your back is turned (my guy particularly liked to steal a peice of partially burnt firewood and an empty plastic plant potter you get when buying a new plant), so be careful and keep an extremely watchful eye if your dog likes committing theft, but otherwise they had a great time running around as there was plenty of space for zoomies.
55So much fun! The dogs had so much room to run around. Will definitely book again!
55Fantastic spot
55wide open yard with easy access and plenty of street parking. The neighborhood was very quiet with no other dogs around.

Hound Hill Rustic 1 Acre Fenced Private Dog Park in West Avon

Find us on Facebook! Search: Hound Hill, 1 acre fenced private dog park in West Avon Hound Hill is a fully fenced one acre wooded doggy paradise. We have our own pack of four dogs and created this space for them. They use the large yard daily but will always be secured inside the house for the entirety of your visit. Hound hill is an unimproved wooded area, but we have cleared brush, leaves and sticks for easier walking and playing with your dog. Our fence is mesh critter fence which is wildlife friendly for the deer, bears, bobcats and other animals that travel through our property. If you are looking for a large space for fetch or just to let your dog explore then this is the place! Please note that the dog park is on a hill and there are no paved or flat areas within the park. It is recommended that you wear good shoes with traction and are comfortable walking through an unimproved wooded area. There are rocks, sticks, leaves and uneven terrain. If you have physical limitations this park may be very difficult for you to use. When you arrive please take time to walk the fence line with your dog on leash first to ensure the fence is intact. Due to the nature of critter fencing and the abundance of wildlife, we have had occasional breaks caused by deer and bear as well as branches that have fallen. If you spot any issue please message the host and they will immediately address the issue. We love this fence because it does not entangle the wild animals and is very easy to repair. This means we have to inspect it often, and we do, but for the safety of all we encourage each doggie chaperone to do their own visual inspection before allowing dogs free rein. We do treat the area with cedar oil for ticks. We do not use any herbicides or pesticides or fertilizer. Please pull all the way into the drive and park in the gravel spot to the left of the garage. There is marked parking for one vehicle. If you have additional vehicles please park the second vehicle in the culdesac and walk in. Do not block the garage doors. Enter and exit through the gate directly in front of the parking spot. Please do not use the gate on the other side of the lot for any reason. Please do not use the smaller fenced area directly off the back of the house. Please pick up after your dog. Removal of dog waste is imperative in order for us to continue to offer this spot. Thank you so much for visiting, I love seeing our clients and their dogs enjoy themselves so much while playing freely!
