Heather had water, toys, and even a spot for my dog to dig and get messy. We had a great time even in the pouring rain. Thanks! :)

She was so sweet and Koda was tired way before the hour was done lol!

Host replied: Awesome, sniffing really tires a dog out and there were two dogs there before you came. As host we call it sniff mail. Or sniff internet, lol.

This was our first time using Sniffspot & I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She had water, doggie bags & toys for the dogs as well as disinfectant wipes, sunscreen & supplies for us. Was extremely welcoming & gave us a tour of her yard upon arrival. She also set up a special toy that my dog could chase, to help exert the energy (which I will now be purchasing myself)! She’s amazing- will definitely be returning. THANK YOU :)

A great spot all around, has everything you need, Heather is very helpful

Heather was great and very friendly! She greeted me the moment I arrived and showed me around the backyard. There was the perfect amount of space for my pup to run and a lot of different toys were provided. There's an area made for digging as well. The entire area was fenced and secure. An indoor restroom is available, along with poop bags for the pups. I'll definitely be back soon! Thanks Heather 🙂

Just as advertised! Securely fenced yard, toys and supplies provided, and a very friendly host.

Perfection — this was our first time using SniffSpot and we love it, our pup is so happy!! Heather had everything we could possibly need and more, and there was PLENTY of room for our dog to run around and tire himself out. We can't wait to come back!!

We had an amazing experience at Heather’s private dog park! Our 2 dogs are very active and had plenty of space to run around. Heather left toys, towels and fresh water for the dogs. She also has multiple sitting areas for us. Our dogs had so much fun and we will definitely be back soon!

My dogs had a blast! Heather is very nice. She gives you a quick tour and even allows you to use her restroom. My dogs enjoyed the dog spot the most! This was my first time here and I have NOTHING to complain about! I will definitely be taking my dogs back when I can.

Heather's spot is excellent. As a first time "spotter" I was so impressed, plan on going back, and plan on referring others to it. It is impeccably clean, and she has all amenities - and then some - clearly available. She has thought of everything. Plus, it is a gorgeous setting and an enjoyable place to spend time!

Hound Hill Rustic 1 Acre Fenced Private Dog Park in West Avon

Located at the far end of a culdesac, Hound Hill is a fully fenced one acre wooded doggy paradise. We have cleared brush and are working to remove leaves and sticks for easier walking and playing with your dog. Our fence is mesh critter fence which is wildlife friendly for the deer, bears, bobcats and other animals that travel through our property. If you are looking for a large space for fetch or just to let your dog explore then this is the place! When you arrive please take time to walk the fence line with your dog on leash first to ensure the fence is intact. Due to the nature of critter fencing and the abundance of wild life we have had occasional breaks caused by deer and bear as well as branches that have fallen. If you spot any issue please message the host and they will immediately address the issue. We love this fence because it does not entangle the wild animals and is very easy to repair. This means we have to inspect it often, and we do, but for the safety of all we encourage each doggie chaperone to do their own visual inspection before allowing dogs free rein. We do treat the area with cedar oil for ticks. We do not use any herbicides or pesticides or fertilizer. Please pull all the way into the drive and park in the gravel spot to the left of the garage. Do not block the garage doors. Enter and exit through the gate directly in front of the parking spot. Please do not use the gate on the other side of the lot for any reason. Please do not enter the small fenced area directly off the back of the house, this area is not part of the dog park. Please note that the dog park is on a hill and there are no paved or flat areas within the park. It is recommended that you wear good shoes with traction and are comfortable walking through an unimproved wooded area. There are rocks, sticks, leaves and uneven terrain. If you have physical limitations this park may be very difficult for you to use. Please pick up after your dog. Removal of dog waste is imperative in order for us to continue to offer this spot.
