Description

Our backyard is fenced in by a 6ft cedar fence. We do not use fertilizer or pesticides and there is a rain garden in the backyard with plenty of native flowers. We also have a decent amount of birds as well. The yard is child and dog friendly. The back patio is covered by polycarbonate panels and sunshade fabric underneath, allowing for the ability to be outside even while it’s raining (you are welcome to book the morning for remote working with your dog if you want! You will have access to the WiFi). We do have lights under the patio if you come in the early morning. There is a functioning sink on the patio with potable water, and a splitter in case you want to use the hose (sprinkler available upon request). We do have 3 cats, but they will be inside the house (be aware if you come inside for the restroom). The bathroom is accessible inside on the main floor, second door past the kitchen.

Parking is in front of our house (please do not block driveway). For your first time, I will meet you at the front door (feel free to ring the Ring doorbell) and guide you through the side gate. I can answer any additional questions you may have as well.
