Rosebud Retreat

We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

Beautiful spot in the country but not too far away from the cities, horses roam in the pasture behind the fence where we have rolling hills. There is shaded areas and lots of flat land with short grass all natural no chemicals here. There are a couple apple trees on the property, we do have a bathroom if we are home. Very peaceful beautiful spot to bring your fur baby and let them get all that energy out

Just under one acre of fully-fenced field with walking paths and small wooded area. The Douglas Fir Memorial Dog Park is located on a private back yard conveniently located right off of Route 305 and i86 in Cuba, NY. Amenities include: - .14 mile loop mowed walking path - Comfortable seating area and picnic table available for human use - Tons of enrichment for dogs to sniff, climb on and explore - Water and dog toys available to use *PLEASE NOTE* - The field is visible to our neighbors, please be respectful of their privacy and their property. Please do not allow your dog to interfere with their peaceful enjoyment of their back yards. - Please remove all trash, personal items and pet items you bring in with you, take nothing out with you (including flowers, nature, dog toys etc). - Pick up all pet waste left on pathways and areas where someone may step on it. Small trash can available for bagged pet waste. - Dogs must be vaccinated and in good health to visit the park. - Dogs must be accompanied at all times by owner Warnings/Disclaimer - exercise caution: - Always check to confirm gates at both entries are closed before entering and close gate when you leave. - To access fenced in area from street you will walk by our neighbors fenced in yard and their dogs may bark. Dogs should be on leash until they are in fenced in area to avoid unwanted greetings with the neighbors. - There are ticks and mosquitoes. - The ground is uneven in some areas and may contain trip hazards. - Fencing is 4ft tall livestock wire fencing and has minor defects and imperfections in areas. - Small dogs may be able to squeeze under gates so please be aware - there is a gap at the base of the gate opening. - Be aware there may be wild animals, droppings or remains. Letchworth playful pups

I live close to Letchworth State Park, so if you need a space for your dog to get some energy out after a long travel come on over and enjoy my big yard as much as my pup (Sadie) and I do Lots of changes going into my yard, so if you come back you will see what fun things I keep adding and changing as the years go on. Sadie is dog friendly. I also have a swing set for kids to play on.

I have a GPS collar available for use if your dog wants to roam free.(but not take off on their own adventure). I maintain my yard but don’t care if your dog likes to dig. I do have a small female German Shepherd but she loves all animals. She has brought home baby deer before. Saved one once from being killed by a weasel.
