Welcome to our Sniffspot! My name is Julie and I am a homeschool mother of 3, who loves to garden and spend time outside! Most of all, we adore animals! We would love to share our yard with you and your fur-babies! We have fruit trees and berry bushes you are welcome to pick from! We get a ton of apples in the fall, so help yourself! Also, help yourself to snacks and drinks that I will provide prior to your arrival! We have playground equipment and games if you have any littles, and dog toys as well! Please know that I do garden, so please mind my vegetable garden if I have it planted during your visit. I will have it blocked off with small garden fencing. Dog waste bags are provided, and there is a trash can at the gate entrance that you can place them in. Thank you for taking time to visit my page. If you need absolutely anything, please reach out! We do have a stray cat that hangs out here, please be mindful of her. She is very loved, but she will leave the yard once she sees your dog, she is harmless.

We are blessed and delighted to share our "spot" with you. Tranquil 21 acres. Easy to find. Located off a quiet "No outlet" road. Property is half wooded with trails, half pasture. Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. If you enjoy walking with your doggo(s) outside of fenced areas- there is a good bit to explore on our property. We hope you come and enjoy!

Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

Hello to all dog or animal lovers! You’re welcome to bring your furry friends here for a stretch, walk or just to do something different. We welcome dogs of all sizes and even other animals if you choose. We do have two dogs of our own who use this area frequently. If you plan to use our area, give me a heads up by texting me or calling me at 704-773-3858 so I can make sure our dogs are up and that all of the amenities have been refreshed or replaced. This is our home, but you are more than welcome to use it as you are on your travels. Please be respectful of the neighborhood while you’re here. Feel free to park in our driveway as the entrance to the backyard is through the wrought iron gate, located at the end of the driveway the brick wall — you can’t miss it. Take a breather and relax on the bench or rock near the waterfall pond. Or go on hike on back acres on your own adventure and let your dogs have fun playing in the large creeks. I have 3 dogs, but they are kept inside so enjoy the property without any other animal interference. You may hear barking if near house, but no worries, they can't get out.
