55this is such a solid spot ! it’s gorgeous , super huge , and the host is great ! honestly … no notes ! once i find something i like , i stay very loyal to it. i can see that happening here , given it’s only < 10 minutes from my place. my aussie was wiped out within 20 minutes !! the unfenced yard wasn’t a problem at all. the only people / dog we saw were the neighbors way out past the orchard. i don’t even think my girl saw them. it was clean , grass was cut , and it was so quiet. the patio area is very relaxing with plenty of seating. it was great for my girl and i to relax while she recharged. i did make the mistake of going to the neighbors place across the street .. haha ! you’ve gotta turn into the super long driveway ,, i was nervous to do so. didn’t want to roll up on someone’s house if i wasn’t sure. anyway , this spot has jumped to my top favorites ! the price is definitely worth it , given the other listings i’ve seen. check it out ! you won’t regret it :)
