Description

Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar. Neighbors in front of me one has a dog a boxer that is only out first thing in the morning and in the evening when he gets home from work and that's it other neighbor in front of me does not own any animals. You can also go for a private walk and enjoy the country air we'll be making it more convenient and comfortable as time goes on I'm just starting thank you.

Just out on the road in front of my house but minimum traffic and most people that come down this road come down it every day and go to go slow other than that there shouldn't be any other potential hazards I'm a mechanic I have my own shop but I keep everything in barrels sealed up as far as fluids and oils and that sort of nature will have all barns closed and sealed up.

Fallon's Farm is located on a dirt road in Greensboro MD. The entire property is 3.5 acres, but due to old outbuildings and pending renovations, I ask that the back yard is not explored.
