55Great experience and so much space!!! The dogs had a blast!! Be sure that your pups are okay with horses and respecting their space!! We loved that we had the option to use the indoor arena (if, it rained or if, it wasn’t in use). Can’t wait to come back!
35The space is absolutely gorgeous, and definitely fun to see all the horses on the property. Directions for getting there and parking were clear. However, I did run into some challenges once arriving on the property. There were no instructions in the app that I could find around how to access the back 10 acres of the property, Where my more reactive dogs would be able to run free without barking at the horses, and after parking in the designated area, I could not see any path or gate to get there. I reached out through the app about this, but did not get a response during my visit time, despite the app naming that the owner likes to meet guests during their first visit. I did appreciate getting a response later explaining how to obtain access to that area and why she was not able to respond at the time. However, that did not help during the visit. Additionally, during the visit a vehicle came onto the property and let out a different off leash dog. The driver of the vehicle seemed to be doing some work with the horses. Fortunately, I was able to keep my dogs from noticing the other off leash dog. But as Sniffspot is marketed to support reactive animals, I thought this was important to note to ensure ongoing safety of all animals on the property. 
35The property is beautiful, and the owner is very nice, but I won't be returning. We had a dog come up to us immediately after we arrived, which may not seem like a big deal, but my dog doesn't like other dogs, which is why we use sniff spots. I was not aware there would be a loose dog on the property. In order to get to the back field, we had to walk through a small pen with about 4-5 horses and then through a pasture with another few horses(that one wasn't a big deal), which I wasn't aware would be something we would have to do. My dogs are fine with horses when they have space and can just watch them. My boy was scared to be that close to them, which made coming and going from that area incredibly hard. This space may work for some dogs but I felt like I was a bit blindsided as the ad never mentioned the property lay out.
55Great property to take a dog!
55Absolutely incredible spot! It was like renting out a whole metro park, the land just keeps going! There’s a lot of horses on the property behind their own fences, that was super exciting for our dogs as it was their first time meeting horses so close up. To get to one half of the property we got to go through one of the barns where they were actively giving a riding lesson, which our dogs (and myself) were very excited to see! So much to explore here, we will definitely be back. Tip: Wear boots.

Description

A beautiful 20 acre ranch with options galore! We have a fully stocked pond if you want to fish while your dog plays or swims! Meander through the back 10 acres which is open pasture plus a wooded duck pond (accessible through the gate outside the mud lot. Go between the first barn and horse mud lot into grassy area. Behind the little shelter on the outside there’s a gate into the farm land. Walk along fence line to back acreage -map in the last picture) We are building an obstacle course up front (while it’s for horses, doggos are welcome to use it too!), need a fully fenced in area? No problem, our backyard is made for dogs and is totally enclosed! Need somewhere indoors if weather is crummy? We also have an indoor riding arena to use if lessons and training aren’t in session. We are just across the street from Twin Creek Metropark if you want your excursion to continue! This is a horse training and lesson facility so if your dog can’t handle horses and people this may not be a good spot for you. Our backyard is not utilized so this would be a safe area to let your dog roam without the worry of other dogs or horses and humans. I do have a client that has a well behaved dog that is occasionally on property. The quietest areas are at the front of the property, the back 10 acres, or our backyard. We would love to have you out and happy to answer any questions you may have!
