We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

Our 6-acre fully fenced Sniffspot, nestled next to Oakside Community Park, provides a serene and private haven for your furry friends to explore, sniff, and play. We respect our guests' privacy, so if we're home, we'll stay inside and out of your way. When we're around, we'll ensure fresh water is ready for your pup! We also provide essential amenities such as waste bags, tennis balls, hand sanitizer, and a table with chairs for your convenience. We do our best to keep the pastures clean for each guest, and we appreciate your help in maintaining this by cleaning up after your pets. Small fenced in yard a separate 3 acre field and forest, also now fully fenced in! Property can get quite muddy after rain, so use caution if venturing in the field or woods.

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard.
