Fully fenced, lush green lawn, fenced pool (open May to Oct) for your pup to play off leash! Toys, poop bags and water provided. Comfortable couch for hoomans and pups to lounge on. Shade available. Pool is open from May to October. You will have to unlatch the pool fence to let yourself in. Keep in mind the pool is only for the dogs. If you need to get in for a minute to help your dog that is fine, but otherwise no humans swimming. There are two Adirondack chairs for humans to sit on and play with their dog. Those who do not follow these rules will not get a 5 star reviews or be allowed to book again. There are websites you can book pools through for human use. Thank you for understanding. **Currently we are transitioning the lush winter rye grass to summer grass. Summer grass is struggling this year so there are brown spots! *Video surveillance on site. GATE ENTRANCE is to the LEFT/EAST of the front door, you can not view the gate from the road. The RV gate remains locked. AlL dogs must be on leash when entering and exiting the property!

NOT your perfect yard but plenty of space for your pup

June 9th: We’ve had an outbreak of slime mold in the backyard. It’s not harmful or toxic to dogs but if you see little white puffs in the grass that’s what they are. If kicked open they look like diarrhea from dogs. Again, not harmful just wanted to let you know. As it heats up they will disappear. Not your perfect yard, digging and construction going on, equipment may or may not be out. If you’re looking for the perfect yard for you this IS NOT the place for you. If you’re looking for a place for your dog then we MIGHT have the backyard for them. Ok, now that we have that out of the way if you still feel froggy in visiting our backyard you are more than welcome. BUT please keep in mind we are still doing renovations and making our backyard more presentable not only for us but for you, our guests. If you can’t stand the unsightly look of dirt and rock with wood stacked away, tractors parked on the side, open sheds and maybe coming across some dog poop then this place really may not be for you. We do try our best to clean up but hey, sometimes we miss. I feel like this has to be said. IF YOU’RE NOT READING THIS DESCRIPTION AND ARE STILL UPSET WHEN YOU SHOW UP THEN THIS IS NOT THE YARD FOR YOU. We are happy to share our space with you but we are still working on making it look better. The Description: 1 acre lot with large yard and pool for swimming. Light Construction is still going on but I’m mostly done and will be inside. Come visit and please don’t expect a perfect looking yard. Also please DO NOT PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY. There is plenty of space to park alongside our front yard. **Important: if your dog does go swimming and you decide to take the pool hose out PLEASE RETURN IT BEFORE YOU LEAVE. If you don’t it will burn up the pool pump. Please try and keep them from biting the hose. **Small dogs like chihuahuas may be able to escape through the fence. Please look at pictures in the listing. **We do have chickens but they are in a large cage with pallets blocking the view of them. Please message us if they are too much of distraction for you doggo. **We are currently working on installing new grass by the pool so it’ll be a mess for a bit.

Welcome to our backyard oasis! Feel free to use all the seating, umbrellas, and pool at your convenience. Conveniently located right off the Loop 101 in South Scottsdale! 🏝️Our pool has steps leading in, but it does get deep (about 8-9ft). Please be sure that any dogs/humans using the pool know how to swim. Safety is our top priority! Our pool cleaner comes every week on Friday afternoons. If you book during this time, please be aware of this. 🎾There are toys for your use by the entrance gate. Please try to put the toys back in the basket before you leave! Toys are welcome to be used in the pool as well. 💧 There is a bowl on the back wall next to our hose for dogs to drink from. The bowl is refilled in the mornings, but if you would like fresh water, please feel free to refill the bowl with our hose. Just be sure to turn the hose off after use. 🚫The concrete blocks around the yard are there for important reasons. They are either holding down umbrellas or are covering holes in the yard. Please DO NOT move the blocks for any reason. They are there for your safety. 💩There are poop bags in the green planter on the large glass table. Please pick up after your pooch and throw the used bags away in the black trash bin located to the left of the entrance gate. Clean beach towels will be folded on the chairs closest to the entrance gate. If you use a towel, please hang it on the back of any chair so that we know it is dirty and needs to be washed. Swim, run, and have fun!!!
