(Use the Skip button top right corner if you don’t want to purchase a pass) Relax on the deck while pup sniffs until hearts content. Lots of toys to play with and extra towels, wipes, bubbles and doggie poop bags available just in case. Hose is on and water dish available if needed, don’t forget to bring along some treats to try out the tip-a-treat game!! Also a great place to hold a party for your pup or a puppie play date! The 8.4 acres has several ATV trails that make hiking easy for you and your four legged friends. If you decide to go off trail it is wooded but not heavily. There is also a large open area of just grass that give several stream access points. There are several picnic tables and large roofed area with seating and power. There are also several spigots to fill up water bottles and water bowls. Some bowls are provided and cleaned after each use if you would like to use.

A table and chairs to relax while your pet enjoys playing and running available on deck. When parking please park on the grassy driveway closest to the white fence where you will be entering. There is a black planter hook with a welcome sign hanging by the fence. You may park there. (See last photo for reference). A quiet and safe neighborhood. Premises Monitored By Video. Video surveillance is for safety & liability only. It is never used to post or share your moments. Please No Smoking, Vaping or Alcohol and adults only on property with a maximum of 2 cars and 3 people per dog. I won’t always be home to double check the yard in between guests, so if you could be mindful of this and leave it all cleaned up. Thank You. Ps water cooler is not provided during colder months due to freezing.

American Women Fitness has a large trail behind the studio that goes along the powerlines either way it’s a great walk. It’s unfenced, but there is parking and it is private.

Paws & Play

Paws & Play is a fenced-in backyard with a pleasantly well maintained large lawn, with a sand pit that hosts seating and a fire pit. The yard has large trees providing shade in the afternoons & sunny warm mornings. A great place for your pawsome pup to get out their zoomies!

Spring 2026 Updates: Spring is definitely giving us a tease this month! Lots of guests have visited us during these 60 to 70° days and it’s great to hear the sounds of happy barking again. The yard is looking good! No more mud! All the favorite toys are out, as well as bottled water when the weather is above freezing and a stainless steel bowl. Enjoy use of another .50 acre of flat, open field for long leash training and recall. While you’re here, enjoy a hike in the Shenipsit State Forest just steps away from our property. Hike the Connecticut blue trail and take your pet(s) on a fun adventure.
