Welcome to The Pawfect Escape! 🐾🌿☀️ We are happy to host you and your pups! Our goal is to keep this a peaceful, affordable, and well-kept space for small groups. These simple guidelines help keep the yard clean, safe, and enjoyable for every guest. 🐶💛 My place is not for parties or events, please. 📖 First time visiting? Please read all the way through. These rules are short, friendly, and they're what keep this space affordable and well-kept. 💛 1. 🐶🐶🧍🧍 Group Size Each booking is limited to a maximum of 2 dogs and 2 people. We offer low pricing based on a small-group visit, and we prefer to keep it that way so the space stays comfortable, manageable, and fairly priced for everyone. Please do not bring extra dogs or additional guests without prior written approval. 🐾 2. ⏰🚗 Reservation Time Please arrive and leave within your reserved time. Your booking time includes entry, exit, cleanup, and loading your happy pup back into the car. Some visits may be scheduled close together, so please do not arrive early or stay late. 🕒 3. 🔒🐕 Leashes and Gate Please keep dogs leashed until you are fully inside the yard and the gate is securely closed. Before leaving, please double-check that the gate is properly latched. Safety first! ✅ 4. 🏡🌳 Yard Use Only Guests are welcome to use the yard only. The house, garage, side areas, and other private spaces are not included with the booking. The yard is the fun part anyway! 🌿 5. 👀🐾 Supervision Dogs must be supervised at all times. Please do not leave dogs unattended in the yard. We want every tail wagging safely the whole time. 🐕💛 6. 💩🧹 Cleanup Please do a careful walk-through before leaving and pick up all dog waste. Bags may be available, but please bring your own just in case. Dispose of waste in the outdoor trash bin. This one matters most. My schedule is often packed and I'm not able to get out to the yard and reset between visits, so anything left behind is what the next child walks into. A careful walk-through before you go makes all the difference. Clean guests are legendary guests! 🦸‍♂️✨ 7. 🚿🐾 Muddy Paws If your dog gets muddy, please give them a quick rinse before leaving when possible. A little adventure is great — a little cleanup is appreciated! 🌧️🐶 8. 🌿🚫 Landscaping and Property Please do not allow dogs to dig, chew fencing, damage plants, furniture, sprinklers, or other property. Accidents happen, but please let us know right away if something is damaged. 🌱 9. 🐕👂 Neighbor Dog There may be a friendly, chatty neighbor dog nearby who sometimes says hello through the fence. Your dog may hear them but should not be able to see them. Just something to keep in mind if your pup is still working on social skills. 🐶 10. 🌟🩺 Healthy Pups Only Only healthy, flea-free, vaccinated dogs may visit. This helps keep the good vibes — and good health — going for everyone. 💛 11. 🎉🕊️ Peaceful Use This is intended to be a calm, peaceful dog escape. No smoking, alcohol, glass, loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior, please. Good vibes only! 🌿✨ 12. 👧👦 Children Children are welcome if noted in the booking, but they must be supervised at all times. Little humans can have just as much fun as the dogs! 🐾 13. 🧺✅ Before You Leave Please collect your belongings, toys, and trash, confirm the gate is closed, and leave the yard ready for the next guest. Thank you for being an amazing guest! 🐶🌿 14. 🏊 Pool The pool is self-service — fill it yourself if you'd like (about 10 minutes to fill completely, or 5 minutes for enough to play). Please drain it when you're done; there's a plug on the side to unscrew, so it's ready for the next sniffer! 15. 🔄🧸 Leave It As You Found It Bowls, pool, furniture, toys, hose — please put everything back exactly where you found it. Visits are often scheduled back to back and I can't come out and reset in between, so the yard you leave is the yard the next family arrives to. Leaving it just as you found it is the single kindest thing you can do for the child coming after yours. 🌿 16. 💬🤝 If Something Isn't Right, Tell Me First If you arrive and something is off — a mess left behind, something out of place, anything at all — please message me right away. I truly want to know, and in most cases I can fix it or make it right during your visit. I only ask for the chance to help before it shows up in a review, since some things happen between visits and are genuinely outside my control. Honest feedback is always welcome and I take it to heart. 💛 And gently: guests who don't follow these basics aren't able to book again.
