You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. Feel free to use the toys and water dish. I clean it before each guest (of course, in the winter I can’t guarantee it won’t be froze) :) Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up.
