PARK RULES Owners and care providers are limited to 4 dogs at any one time in the Park. Abide by our local park rules, as posted on the front gate. All dogs should be wearing a collar displaying an identification tag with your dog's name, owners name and telephone number. Aggressive dogs are not welcome. In-season females are NOT ALLOWED into the park as they create disturbances and aggressive behaviors. Your dog should be under voice control at all times. Always clean up after your dog. Fill any holes your dog digs. For the safety of everyone, children should be under strict adult supervision at all times. Keep your pet on a leash until you are into the holding pen. Remove choke chains or prong collars before allowing your dog to play with others. Keep your dog's leash with you at all times. Water is available but it's always a good idea to carry your own. PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG All persons are required to IMMEDIATELY clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste in appropriate containers. Fill in any holes your dog has left behind. Be courteous and leave the park better than you found it. It's the small gesture multiplied by dozens of daily visitors that makes these sites successful. BE A RESPONSIBLE DOG OWNER Keep licenses and vaccinations up to date. No dogs under 16 weeks of age should enter the park as they are NOT fully immunized. Spay or neuter all pet dogs for everyone's health and safety. ENTERING AND EXITING THE DOG PARK Please use the double-gated entry to help your dog make the transition into the group of dogs already there. Check that the inside gate is closed before opening the outside gate. Enter the holding pen and close the outside gate. Remove your dog's leash inside the holding pen. This will help reduce the anxiety he/she may feel when confronted by a group of strange off-leash dogs. Open the inside gate and enter the dog park. When you leave, reverse the process.

This is a private, undeveloped, forested spot. If you are interested in this spot, you and your dog should be up for a mini adventure. This spot is not a manicured, backyard park. It is wild and beautiful, and a rare find in this area. THERE IS NO TRASH SERVICE AT THIS FOREST LOCATION. PACK EVERYTHING OUT WITH YOU, INCLUDING DOG POOP BAGGIES. The trail starts at the west (downhill) end of the parking spot, and winds downhill to the creek (there are a couple of switchbacks). The trail from the parking area to the creek is less than 5 minutes long. At the bottom of the trail, is a deck. Beyond the deck is a year-round creek with a swimming hole. There are fish, frogs, newts, and crawdads. All wildlife is protected, so please don't catch or remove them. You may walk up and down along the creek exploring, as long as you turn around before the bend that is downstream. The trail that leads downhill to the creek is intermediate, not for beginners or flip-flops. There should be no poison oak or ticks on the trail, but if you venture off the trail, you may encounter poison oak or ticks. There are blackberry bushes to the sides of the trail that resemble poison oak. There should be no foxtails. You may see wild animals. As a wild spot, you may encounter typical hazards that are present in most local forest trails, such as wildlife, water, and trip-and-fall hazards. This is a private spot, and there should be no other people or dogs during your booking. If you see someone during your booking, please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can take steps to prevent them from trespassing again. There is no lighting at this spot, so if you book before sunrise or after sunset, please bring a headlamp or flashlight. Maximum 2 people per dog. There is no trash collection service at this location, so please pack out any trash. Thank you!

Oakland backyard for your doggy to run!
I have a large space that I am sure a dog will love to run in. In the winter, post rain, it can get VERY muddy back there. Years of dogs running around has torn up a lot of the ground cover and it's now just dirt, which becomes mud in the winter. In the summer, the "grass" (more weeds than actual grass) gets very dry. There are some burrs due to the dryness so if your dog has longer fur they might get some attached to them. I do my best to weed the weeds that produce them, but there still might be some. It's a fairly large open space with a longer run on the side. Also, I want to note that in the back of the property the fence is lower, around 4/4.5 feet (the rest of the yard is at least 6 feet), so if your dog is a good jumper, this could be an issue. Happy playing!

2/3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Agility field
Our Sniffspot is located on a quiet dead end in the back of Montara, CA. It is fully fenced. It contains 2 fields, a lower and upper, both suitable for use. I will have agility courses set up a portion of the time. Please do not move equipment if there is a numbered course set up. You are free to use tunnels and jumps, but please be careful on the contact obstacles if they are set up. Please watch your dogs and do not allow them to mark the obstacles, tunnels, jumps or weave poles. If they do, can you kindly rinse with the watering can. Do not place any human items or treats on the dog walk. Do not rest or lean on the dog walk. It is an expensive piece of equipment, not a table. Note: there are chickens and horses next door at times, please do not allow your dogs to bark or charge the fence at them. Also, do not let your dogs repeatedly run up to the horses if they are near the fence, and potentially scare them. They are not as visible from the lower field. I have an older dog that sometimes barks from inside the house but she is not visible. Thanks for exploring our Sniffspot!

Sam's Fully Fenced Yard for Dogs To Rent in San Jose
I look forward to welcoming you to one of the best Sniffspots in the area. My backyard offers a comfortable, private space for dogs to play and for you to relax and enjoy your visit. Homes in my neighborhood are close together, and I strive to be respectful of my neighbors. Occasional barking is, of course, normal, but if your dog is likely to bark continuously throughout the visit, this Sniffspot may not be the best fit.
