Welcome to our private cozy backyard Holliday Oasis, designed with small dogs in mind, but all dogs are welcome! Book a relaxing play session through Sniffspot while your pup explores the yard and you tan with a partner / friend on the deck or unwind in the hot tub. Planning a longer escape? We also offer a cozy Airbnb on the property, making it the perfect dog-friendly weekend getaway. To ensure everyone has plenty of space, we welcome up to 2 dogs per booking. We have dog toys, water and treats available on-site. We can’t wait to host you and your furry friends! 🐾 We also offer dog training sessions. Message us with questions, concerns or for clarification.

Parking Please park in front of the garage. This provides the shortest walk to and from your vehicle. 2. Leashes Dogs must remain on leash while entering and exiting the property. 3. Gates Please ensure all gates remain closed while the yard is in use. 4. Clean Up After Your Dog Please pick up after your dog. Waste bags are provided, and all waste should be disposed of in the outdoor garbage bin. A pooper scooper is also available. 5. Low Clearance Please watch your head when walking to and from the hot tub, as there is a low-hanging roof. 6. Hot Tub For everyone’s safety, no glass is permitted in or around the hot tub. If needed, complimentary red Solo cups are available inside the lobby. 7. Pets & Hot Tub Animals are not permitted in the hot tub. 8. Washroom Access A washroom is available downstairs for guests. Courtesy dog towels are provided for muddy or wet paws before entering the house. Please note that the remainder of the home is private and not accessible to guests. 9. Treat Station Complimentary dog bones are available for your pup. Additional treats can be purchased from the outdoor vending machine for 25¢ per serving. 10. Toys / Cooling Mat Dog toys are available beside the vending machine and welcome sign, for everyone to enjoy. Please return them when you’re finished. 11. Dog Pool Our dog pool is available for your pup to enjoy. Please return it to the condition you found it after use. 12. Water Station Fresh water can be filled from the tap located on the side of the house if needed. Please turn the tap off after use. Water bowls are provided for your convenience. ⸻ Before You Leave Please leave the property clean and tidy, just as you found it. If you enjoyed your experience, we’d greatly appreciate a review. 🐾

Thanks! Dream Spot for Pets & their People 🐾 Come play with your dogs and family here. We offer a laid-back, luxury, resort-like setting; open field, lots of grass meadows, xl in-ground, concrete, dog-friendly pool, huge fenced pool deck with lots of natural parkour levels, fenced tennis court, indoor washroom in the poolside cabana house, large outdoor fire-pit etc etc with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Two people and one dog are included in this price point and everyone is welcome in the pool! We use skimmer basket socks and an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this one of a kind experience! Extra people and pets are welcome for extra fees. Please book accordingly. We also offer curated snacks and cold beverages at a cost. Please review extras. Our property is almost fully fenced, with partially fenced areas for both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have several lux seating areas for you and tennis, basketball and lawn games (upon request) to keep you and the kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities; natural parkour around the pool deck and lots of areas to keep them interested! There is a pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Unlimited on-site parking. NOTE: please respect your booking times: both check in and check out times. We have a full schedule and need the in between times to reset. As well, some of our clients have dogs that are both other pet and human reactive so we would never want any of our guests to meet other guests. NOTE: the pool is a beautiful concrete pool with a wide staircase comfortable for people and pets to enter. We have an upgraded filtration system in order to be able to offer this incredible experience in this beautiful space, however, we all have to work together to ensure it remains very well maintained and as such, we ask that your pets be very well groomed before entering the pool. It also ensures shedding is kept to a minimum. As well, pets are not permitted on our beautiful patio furniture. Enjoy! ✨

Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter.
