I really appreciate all the touches that make a visit go smoothly: pictures of how to find the location, parking, entrance to the trails; the map of the trails; supplies in case we forgot; and even trash cans along the trails for easy disposal. Beautiful place. I can’t wait to go back and see the trails we didn’t get to (the pups are dachshunds, so we only got so far with their little legs and all the great sniffs!)

Martin was incredibly helpful and welcoming - he met us when we arrived and provided a really helpful map of all the trails, which made exploring the property easy. The trails were very well maintained and clearly signposted, and the property itself is beautiful with lots to explore. We visited during the summer when there were quite a few bugs around, so bug spray is definitely a must! We also arrived late for our reservation, and Martin was very accommodating and understanding, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful spot and we can’t wait to come back! 🐾

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** With big wide open trails, forest, marsh, creeks and wildlife, this doggy paradise attracts visitors from all over southern Ontario. Trail map is found here: https://tinyurl.com/trailmapoct2024 Trails are open, mowed and maintained all year long. We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees are out only from April to October but please avoid the hives anyway. Read the reviews to get a good sense for what kind of experience you will have. We are grateful for all the positive feedback and pledge to make your experience just as fantastic.

Easy to avoid, well marked. Bees aren't active in fall and winter, but stay away from the hives anyway. We live out in the country and there are coyotes. They are very shy, and if you stay on or near the trails you will never see them. Avoid dusk or early morning if this is a concern for you.
