55The dogs loved the trail, there was so much room for them to run and explore. Although there was a road nearby, there was enough space and a marsh in-between for them to run safely. You can tell how much care goes into maintaining the trails.

***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** With big wide open trails, forest, marsh, creeks and wildlife, this doggy paradise attracts visitors from all over southern Ontario. Trail map is found here: https://tinyurl.com/trailmapoct2024 Trails are open, mowed and maintained all year long. We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees are out only from April to October but please avoid the hives anyway. Read the reviews to get a good sense for what kind of experience you will have. We are grateful for all the positive feedback and pledge to make your experience just as fantastic.

This spot has a water feature, make sure to review these guidelines for visiting spots with water before visiting: https://help.sniffspot.com/article/167-how-to-keep-your-dog-safe-around-pools-and-water Bee hives on one trail - they don't like small dogs! Easy to avoid, well marked. Bees aren't active in fall and winter, but stay away from the hives anyway. We live out in the country and there are coyotes. They are very shy, and if you stay on or near the trails you will never see them. Avoid dusk or early morning if this is a concern for you.
